Superb and Faultless. I loved the fact that the staff made us feel like their own extended family. The staff went out of their way to look after us. A special thank you to Andrea at concierge reception desk. My wife and I stayed at the hotel to celebrate our baby son's one year old birthday. I am pleased to say that we had a memorable and personalised experience. The actual location is prime. Very good if you are a tourist in London for the first time.

We had the pleasure of staying at The Berkeley Hotel, and it was truly a luxurious experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional, and the front desk team made us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Sofie, who was incredibly kind and professional. She upgraded our room and surprised us with lovely amenities, which we appreciated so much. Her thoughtful gesture made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience .

A special thank you to Austin and John, who were exceptional. They went above and beyond by suggesting a smart solution for my luggage: instead of shipping an empty suitcase back to Jordan at a cost of around £200, they kindly recommended storing it securely at the hotel until my return. It was thoughtful, practical, and clearly done with my best interest in mind. That level of consideration is rare. Mark, from the bell team, was equally professional and helpful, handling everything smoothly and efficiently with a calm, reassuring attitude. I’d also like to thank Sid and Daniel at the front desk/concierge. Sid, in particular, impressed me by remembering my name and room number in such a large hotel, a small detail, but one that speaks volumes about attentiveness and care. Overall, this was one of the friendliest and most pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had. The team made me feel genuinely looked after, and those personal touches truly set The Berkeley apart.

The family I come here with have been coming for decades. This is the top most, personable hotel in the world in my opinion. You will be treated like a queen/king. Today was my birthday and I was brought a gorgeous cake and card by a lovely man called Ion. And then I was spoilt further by the delightful Pablo and Jasmin at the terrace! Genuinely beautiful souls service you at the Berkeley!

My partner and I stayed at The Berkeley and were absolutely delighted. The level of care and attention from the staff was beyond anything we’ve experienced before – everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are elegant, bright, and wonderfully spacious, with perfect climate control that made our stay incredibly comfortable. They’re ideal for relaxing after a day exploring London. The spa is truly outstanding, offering a world-class experience of pure relaxation. An exceptional hotel in every way – we’ll definitely be back!

Well located classic five star London hotel. One of the very few London hotels with a rooftop pool. One of the best hotel breakfasts in town and my favourite spot for a martini. Also hosts Cedric Grilot which is worth a visit. Rooms are a bit plain and corporate but very comfortable

Having somewhat messed up our reservation for a champagne tea, the staff were outstanding in their welcome, service and problem solving. Delicious food and champagne!
